Builder, Associate & Spike of the Year

Builder, Associate and Spike of the Year awards were handed out on Friday, January 29, 2010 at the BANN Board of Directors Installation. These outstanding individuals were the recipients. A great deal of consideration goes into the selections, as the Builders Association of Northern Nevada is blessed with a wonderful spirit of volunteerism and professionalism. Immediate Past President, Pam Parenti and the BANN staff worked diligently to provide informaiton on the candidates to be considered for these honors.

 

BUILDER OF THE YEAR

Greg Peek

Greg Peek, ERGS, Inc
Active in the association, Greg Peek has been involved in the building business for many years. Currently a builder director on the BANN Board of Directors, Greg chairs the Legislative Committee and is a Past President.

ASSOCIATE OF THE YEAR

Pat Riley

Pat Riley, Eagle Home Mortgage
Pat personifies the best; a great deal of interest in BANN’s mission, community service, leadership by example and a passionate spokesperson for homebuilding. Pat serves on the BANN Board of Directors.

SPIKE OF THE YEAR

Michael Ellis

Michael Ellis, Reno Truss
In 2009, Michael Ellis recruited 7 new members into the Builders Association of Northern Nevada earning the highest honor of Spike of the Year. Michael chairs the Membership Committee and is always cognizant of the need to educate industry contacts as to the benefits of association membership.
